The ILGE TNA/NOA programme offers students, researchers and professors the opportunity to receive scientific, financial and logistical support to carry out their research activities at state-of-the-art Italian laboratories. There is time until 7 March to participate in the first call.

THE ILGE NETWORK
The ILGE (Integrated Laboratories for Geosciences and Environment) network of scientific infrastructures involves four important Italian institutions the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), the University of ‘Roma Tre’ (UniRomaTre), the National Research Council (CNR) and the National Institute of Oceanography and Experimental Geophysics (OGS), integrating different disciplines of the Earth sciences, including analogue modelling, experimental volcanology, geophysics, tectonics, paleomagnetism, geochemistry, microscopy, sedimentology and site effects investigations.

PARTICIPATE IN THE CALL
The TNA/NOA call is aimed at promoting barrier-free science and scientific innovation by facilitating access to major national facilities for researchers at all stages of their careers (i.e. bachelor, master and PhD students, researchers and professors). The ILGE TNA/NOA programme allows physical and remote access to Italian laboratory facilities to national, European and non-European entities by providing the logistical, technological and scientific support and specific training needed to use the services provided by the facility.
Access to the laboratories is free of charge and the ILGE TNA/NOA programme covers the costs of physical access (i.e., travel, accommodation and subsistence) or remote access (i.e., shipment of samples). Applications can be submitted via this link. Please consult the ILGE TNA/NOA guidelines for detailed information on application procedures and eligibility criteria.
